New License File for additional SV power user

Issue/Introduction

We have purchased an additional power user license for SV. 
We had 2 existing power user licenses and have now purchased a 3rd power user license. 
Is there a way to check usage in DevTest? 
Is there a new license file required?

Resolution

with 10.4 and newer licensing a new license file is not required when a change is made such as this.
