UIM Source Alarms cannot be acknowledged

Issue/Introduction

In the alarm view - when selecting the 3 dot or alarm action menu for a UIM alarm, the Acknowledge function is greyed out.

The above on-prem and SaaS shows that the UIM alarm type does not support acknowledge as an alarm action. therefore, it is grayed out.
