Deleting devices in Operator Console does not remove the devices

Issue/Introduction

Selecting to remove devices from Operator Console and selecting to prevent discovery, but the devices are not removed.

Environment

Release : Any

Component : UIM - Operator Console

Resolution

Trellis and udm_manager were not running on the primary, and discovery was unable to perform the deletes in the database. Activate both probes, as they are required for basic operations, and restart the primary hub.
