Cause

Normal mail flow functions. 

Resolution

This specific "4804 Read Timeout" error is caused by normal mail functions such as downstream MTA rejecting and the email getting resent for whatever reason, and the OCR loses sight of the image before it was inspected. This is different than errors showing "Connection Timeout", which could indicate resource issues.
