UIM - webservices rest API accessibility issue

Issue/Introduction

Not able to access the alarms from  webservices_rest API from the OC browser

UIM is integrated with ticketing tool accessing the alarms from the webservices_rest api which is also affected 

 

 

 

 

Environment

Release : 20.3.3

Component : UIM - WEBSERVICES_REST

Resolution

Can see below error 

In this use case issue was caused by firewall blocking port 48042 which was used by ems on Primary hub not accessible from OC 

In the Primary and OC firewall only ports in range 48000-48030 were open 

The probes on the Primary hub were using currently in the 48000-48042  with ems at 48042

After opening the range of ports on the firewall on the Primary accessible from OC server the access was ok
