QuickView Error "E131015 job xxxxx was not found in job flow memory model but was collected in WCC."

Issue/Introduction

Frequently receiving this error in QuickView when attempting to view a job...

E131015 job xxxxx was not found in job flow memory model but was collected in WCC. It could mean problem in communication between nodes HA cluster.

Running wcc_monitor.sh with -r will clear it up each time but it is coming back frequently.

Release : 12.0

Component : WORKLOAD CONTROL CENTER

Resolution

Make sure port 7004 is open through the firewall between all WCC nodes in the HA cluster.
