Issue/Introduction

You can download Brocade software and firmware with a valid support contract.

Resolution

For customers who have a direct support contract with Broadcom

• To upgrade your account, refer to Brocade Storage Networking Upgrade Process
• Once successfully upgraded, log in to your Broadcom Support online account and navigate to My Downloads to download your SANnav software.
  
  Important: A serial number with a valid Brocade direct support contract is required for customer access.

Q: Can I try SANnav Management Portal and SANnav Global View without purchasing them?
A: There is no longer a SANnav trial license. If you need to test the capabilities of SANnav before deployment within your data center, contact your sales representative.
