Issue/Introduction

We found Service Desk allow multiple sessions with the same user--is there a way to prevent multiple sessions?

 

Environment

Release : 17.3

Component : Service Desk

Resolution

 It is not possible to prevent same user from opening multiple sessions at the same time and this is be design. In fact, we need that for integrations with other products---for example, Service Desk and PAM integration will need this feature and we don't think there is a security vulnerability issue here--any session would need proper authentication.
