When the user tries to upload versions to a package, using the VS 2019 IDE, the window disappears

Issue/Introduction

CA SCM Harvest 13.0.4 - VS 2019 IDE - Framework 4.8

Problem:

When the user tries to upload versions to a package, using the VS 2019 IDE, the window disappears upon completion of the data and takes no action. Please review the attached log files. As a background, users previously worked with IDE VS2013 without problems.

Release : 13.0

Component :

Cause

Both VS 2013 and VS 2019 were installed on the computer.

Resolution

Uninstalled VS 2013 and after that the SCM Plugin with VS 2019 worked without further problem.
