Time filter disappears from alarms view

Issue/Introduction

Periodically, the time filter section of the Alarm View title bar disappears from the display.

Refreshing the display either by hard refresh or switching to another view (services for example) then going back to all alarms resolves the issue.

 

This occurs with Firefox or Chrome
