Data refresh option in TDM

Issue/Introduction

Trying to refresh complete testing environment in both metadata and data. Like dropping all the tables in testing environment and re-creating the table structure from the non production environment.

Also would like to know of any option to export & import database structure & objects like functions ,packages, triggers, indexes along with subset of data from one environment to another without doing any changes in data.

Is there any way in CA TDM tool (Datamaker and TDM Portal) to do the refresh activity?

TDM(either Datamaker or TDM Portal) do not have the feature to refresh(drop and copy) tables or export/import for a data source. This activity has to be done outside of TDM capabilities.
