SAP Agent not able to Connect and get the jobs details in define perspetive

Issue/Introduction

We have migrated the Agent from 11.3 to 12.0 and defined all the propertiy files, but when we define a SAP job, we are not able to get the details from the SAP system.

The SAP Agent not able to Connect and get the jobs details.

 

Environment

Release : 12.0

Component : Workload Automation AE Agent for SAP

Resolution

The agent is working as designed.

It doesn't pull up from the properties file. These are optional parameters to override the default defined for the agent
