Issue/Introduction

Unable to download/upload the image from GUI giving "Image download is denied" error as below: 

Resolution

In this case, we need to check for problematic appliance serial number entitlement and if it's inactive i.e. cold standby device so it will give you an error if you don't have a valid license installed on the appliance. Please swap the license and perform an upgrade.
