VIP Manager user counts between the Users and Account tabs do not match the exported data or when viewing all users

Issue/Introduction

The total number of users seen on the Users tab and Account tab does not match the numbers of users in the exported data or the View All Users screen. 

For example, the Total Users on the Account tab and Users tab show 120,107:

Total Users in the exported data and after clicking the View All Users link shows 120,236:

 

Cause

The number of users on screen is from a snapshot which is taken on a daily basis.

 

Resolution

The data on the Account and Users tab is updated once a day usually around 7am UTC time:

The data in the exported reports and the View All Users is real-time and represents the actual user count.
