No data on MQ Plot screen on MQQPUTSR

Issue/Introduction

Not getting plot data from one SYSVIEW environment while another environment with the same definition is displaying plot data. 

They are two separate lpars in a sysplex. 

Environment

SYSVIEW 15.0 & 16.0 - z/OS supported releases - 

 

Resolution

There are some differences in the MQMGR command between the two lpars: 

MQMGR display in SYSSHR.SYSVIEW.XCAPFIRF.T110943.D211202 (which doesn't work) and 

MQMGR display in SYSSHR.SYSVIEW.XCAPFIRG.T120345.D211208 (which works). 

For the one who doesn't work (SYSSHR.SYSVIEW.XCAPFIRF.T110943.D211202):

So these components which are disabled on the lpar must be enabled.  
Once enabled, plot data are also displayed on this lpar.
