UIM alarm enrichment failed with maximum restart reached

Issue/Introduction

We are observing alarms are not clearing and found alarm enrichment found error with maximum restart reached.

Environment

Release : 20.3

Component : UIM NAS

Resolution

 Follow the below step :-

== Deactivated the alarm_enrichement and nas probe 

== Delete or rename two files called TOTAlarmCandidateDb.ser and TOTAlarmCandidateDb.ser.p from db folder in alarm_enrichment folder 
\Nimsoft\probes\service\nas\alarm_enrichment\db 

== Reactivate alarm_enrichment and nas
