Enterprise Dashboard UI is loading very slow

Issue/Introduction

The Enterprise dashboard is very slow to come up even though increasing the memory to 2GB.

 

 

 

Environment

All supported DevTest releases.

* Windows 2016 Servers -  
  One dedicated server for EDB
  One dedicated server for IAM, Registry, Portal and functional VSE (500+ virtual services)
  One dedicated server for IAM, Registry, Portal and performance VSE (180+ virtual services)
* Database is SQL Server RDS 

Cause

Needed to increase memory and add new property to the DEVTEST_HOME\dradis.properties file.

Resolution

Need to follow the below steps to improved the performance:

. Increase the memory on the Enterprise Dashboard from 2g to 3g.

. Add the property sendStringParametersAsUnicode=false to the dradis.properties file on Enterprise Dashboard server.

. Restart the Enterprise Dashboard.
