Alarms are not propagating to service

Issue/Introduction
In an on-premise installation of OI, we have created a service and selected an application. Under the inventory we do see APM servers. On the APM side, we can see in the map that alerts are showing up for this application. We also see that alarms are coming to the OI, but when we check the service, we do not see these alarms are getting linked to the service. It seems like there is some type of issue on the OI side.

Resolution
Found that doi-servicealarm pod was not running.
Scale down and up the doi-servicealarm deployment, but this did not started the POD.
Found that ServiceAccount doi-servicealarm-hazelcast-cluster did not existed in this k8s environment.
Created the ServiceAccount doi-servicealarm-hazelcast-cluster.
Scale down and up the doi-servicealarm deployment, but this did started the POD.
The POD was showing pull image error. It seems like POD was being deployed on node8 in this k8s environment.
Login to the node8 and manually tried to pull the image. After this POD started successfully.
In the service UI, updated the service. After few minutes, alarms showed up linked to the service.
