How to update the Troubleshooter for multiple alarms in Spectrum OneClick

Environment: Spectrum OneCLick

Resolution

You can bulk update the assignment doing the following:

- Click on the alarms tab

- Highlight the alarms you wish to assign to a Troubleshooter

- Click on the Assign icon

- Select the Troubleshooter from the list and click the OK button. If not in the list, click on the Create button to add a Troubleshooter

- The Assignment column will be updated on the select alarms.
