Issue/Introduction

Is Intelligent Traffic Director (ITD) supported for use with ASG /Edge SWG(ProxySG)

Environment

Using Intelligent Traffic Director (ITD) to direct clients traffic to the proxy

Resolution

ITD is a kind of policy based routing. Therefore, the traffic will come transparently to the proxy, so there should not be any issue for the proxy to process the traffic in transparent mode.

As for the network side of things, the proxy will need to be on the same network and IP-forwarding should be enabled on the proxy so the proxy can send the traffic that is not intercepted to its default GW.
