PIM/PAMSC ReportAgent CPU Utilization on AIX

Issue/Introduction

Would like to kindly ask for your help to check on the attached support log gather while CPU utilization is happening on one of our AIX Production host.

As per reported to me, ReportAgent is consuming high CPU resources. Last time we had this issue is when command 'secons -sk' was run. But I cannot find on the audit that secons -sk was run. This might be another cause of the issue.

Cause

An issue was found in the code on AIX where the Reportagent would not clear its current processing when a shutdown was requested which lead to high utilization

Resolution

A testfix was created and rolled into the latest build. Please upgrade to the latest AIX build to resolve
