Upgrade to UIM 20.4 fails with error TLS10 not accepted

Issue/Introduction

The driver could not establish a secure connection to SQL Server using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption. Error: "The server selected protocol TLS 10 is not accepted by client preferences [TLS12]". ClientConnectionId:<id>

• Component : UNIFIED INFRASTRUCTURE MGMT
• This applies to MS SQL Server 2014

Resolution

MS SQL Server 2014

This can happen with MSSQL server 2014 that is not fully patched. Update to MSSQL server 2014 SP3.
