Issue/Introduction

After deploying a Sysprep image with Ghost Standard Tools all OOBE setup steps are seen.

User would like OOBE setup questions answered automatically so end users don't have to do this manually

Cause

unattend.xml answer file missing from image

Resolution

Ensure the machine you are capturing your image from has a valid unattend.xml answer file in one of the following locations outlined by Microsoft:

An existing image without an answer file can also be modified with Ghost Explorer then complied with the added answer file.

Broadcom technical support is unable to assist with creation of custom answer files.
