Dx NetOps : Spectrum Install fail SPC-INT-20026 in Windows

Issue/Introduction

User tried  to change the install owner of the Spectrum and trying to install.

Error "SPC-INT-20026: Unable to authenticate with SRAdmin on HOSTNAME."

 

Environment

Release : 21.2

Component : Spectrum Core / SpectroSERVER

Cause

The install requires the "Log On Locally" access by the Domain user to be able to install to the machine.

Resolution

User need have login access to install on a machine & the login access should not be disabled after installation.
