Issue/Introduction

How to purge import process that was stuck in create stage

Environment

Release : 14.2

Component : Identity Governacne 

Cause

This might due to network or database issues

Resolution

1) Go to  Home > Administration > Settings > Property Settings

2) Modify the property value com.ca.internal.purge.importExportCorrelation.allowPurgeAll to True
