Does Spectrum need to be upgraded to 21.2.6 at the same time as Performance Management is upgraded to 21.2.6?

The upgrade considerations for upgrading NetOps to 21.2.6 are the following

Customer must upgrade PM, NFA and the OI connector at the same time or during the same maintenance window, due to improvements to the security of PM, OI Connector and NFA.

Spectrum, CAMM and VNA can be upgraded later.
