User has all the Spectrum components as physical servers?
Can the spectrum application run on Cloud?
Can user move the server to cloud instead of using virtual servers?

Resolution
As long as the Operating System is cloud supported, there should be no issues.
Migrating to cloud OS should work as it works in local system.
