ucybdbrr writes log to invalid path 'UCYBDBrr_LOGG.txt'

Issue/Introduction

The tool ucybdbrr when launched with no arguments does not show the command usage and additionally it writes a file with the name UCYBDBrr_LOGG.txt in the bin folder which is not expected.

Example in Unix:

-rw-rw-r-- 1 AE AE      71 Okt 25 14:03 '.\UCYBDBrr_LOGG.txt'
