Multiple EEM hosts configuration without Multiwrite in WCC configuration possible?

Issue/Introduction

Can I connect an Autosys instance to more than one EEM,   at the moment, I've have  multiple instances,  each instance have their own WCC and EEM,  

I have created another WCC and want to have all those instances on one WCC also,  this is for the autosys admins,  to view jobs over night  instead of logging into 4 different WCC's 

I have tried to add the other instances ,  but no jobs show up.

Questions : Is it possible to configure multiple EEMs without Failover and having Admin passwords  different.

Resolution

- If the Eiamadmin Passwords are different and EEM hosts are not in Failover, WCC will not configure multiple EEM connections

- This configuration will not work or out of Products design.
