Upgradation from 17.1 to 17.2 failed:

Cause

# Copy these below file from the working environment to the existing environment: 
pdm_startup
pdm_startup.i
pdm_startup.i.tpl
pdm_startup.tpl
# Stopped the version control pdm_server_control -v on all the servers.
# Edited nx.env file @NX_VER_CTL=DISABLE on all the servers. 
# Proceed with the upgradation.
