Actuals Through Date not updating for certain resources

Issue/Introduction

Resource Actuals Through date did not update as with others. Actuals Through date should push forward with resource timesheet is posted.

Other resources who did not have hours posted to the particular project did have their actual thru date updated however this one resource did not.

 

Environment

Release : 15.9.1

Component : CLARITY PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Cause

This will happen if the resource does not have Open for Time Entry on the team.

 

 

Resolution

Once the resource is not open for time entry on the team, the actual thru date will not update when timesheets post for the resource.

If you want to have the actual thru date updated, open the resource for time entry on the team.
