How to clean up old definitions in the Spectrum CABI Integration

Issue/Introduction

Our CABI (JasperReports) currently integrated with Spectrum has 'old' definitions (dated 2017) of views, reports, etc., along with the new.

I would like to know how to clean up the JasperReports repository so it no longer has failing and duplicate views, reports, etc.

Can it be 'emptied' and then the integration (latest Spectrum definitions) reloaded?

Environment

All supported DX NetOps Spectrum and CABI Integrations

Resolution

1. In the JasperReports web page go to View-->Repository
2. Expand the /root/Public/ca folder tree.
3. Select the Spectrum option.
4. Right-click the Spectrum option and choose Delete.

5. Spectrum repository should now show as deleted.

6. In the OneClick admin web page, on the Jasper Integration page click on the Save button.

   • 

7. Once you receive a successful message as seen below, log out and log in again to the JasperReports web page. The new empty Spectrum container will be displayed in View-->Repository.
