Cause
This problem could occurs if NRI agent has problem to read or create values in registry key HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\ComputerAssociates\hostUUID
Resolution
Make sure that user executing NRI Agent has read/write permissions on registry key HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\ComputerAssociates\hostUUID
