How to download Log4J related patches from Broadcom Support portal? (As of January 3rd, 2022- all thee patches 9.1,  9.1.01 (SP1) and  9.1.02 (SP2) are available)

Cause

Delivery of AA remediation for CVE-2021-44228 vulnerability aka Log4Shell

Resolution

1. Using your support credentials please logon to https://support.broadcom.com/ 

2. Click on "Symantec Enterprise Security".

3. Click on "Product Downloads"

4.  Click on "ADVANCED AUTHENTICATION"

5. Click on "Solution Download".

6. Click on "9.1" as shown.

7.  Download the fix from this page. 

Just open a support case and Engineer will help you download if you do not see the required patch on the Broadcom support portal.
