Utility Appliance Issue - "Pam Policyorchestrator" service not running

Issue/Introduction

Utility Appliance re-deployed due to an issue and today I noticed "Pam Policyorchestrator" service not running.

 

Environment

Release : 4.0

Component : PRIVILEGED ACCESS MANAGEMENT

Cause

A configuration became corrupted on the utility appliance vm and simply removing it and re-adding the device is not enough to clear the error

Resolution

We were able to remove the device completely from PAM, rebuild the Utility Appliance from the original OVA, re-add the device back in with the same IP and name and add it back to the group. 

Additional Information

This is not a common occurrence but since the Utility Appliance does not store any information rebuilding it from scratch is not a problem
