Url_response metrics unavailable

Issue/Introduction

For the URL probe ,In operator console unable to add the url metric to the Metrics Monitoring  in the  select to Create a view section. 

 

Environment

Release : 20.3

Component : UIM - URL_RESPONSE

Cause

url_response probe version 4.50, have the functionality turned off by default, it needs to be  enabled.

Resolution

Step 1: Delete the url_response probe and niscache folder where the url_response probe is installed.
Step 2: Restart the robot.
Step 3: Installed the url_response probe version 4.50, open the raw config and in setup section add the key useRobotNameForDeviceIdentification = yes.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Step 4: Create the profile and start monitoring the URL, now the QOS metric related to the monitored URL will be published on the robot.
