Issue/Introduction

Does CA Unified Communication Monitor have an integration with any other products such as UIM (Unified Infrastructure Management) or DX NetOps Portal?

Resolution

There are no probes or other connectors to allow UCM to communicate with UIM.  In older versions of DX NetOps Portal, UCM was able to be added as a data source. However, this is no longer supported:

Also, CA UCM will officially reach End of Life on March 31, 2022, and no enhancements are being accepted to add functionality.
