MainConsoleLogoutUrl doesn't work

Issue/Introduction

When trying to configure the logout redirect option in CA Identity Manager (IM) using the "MainConsoleLogoutUrl" configuration setting, the logout does not redirect it returns to the default CA (Symantec) logout screen.

Release : 14.x

MainConsoleLogoutUrl
Specifies the main console logout redirect url

In context this is configured as follows:

1. Login to IM Management Console as admin user.
2. Navigate to <Environment> advanced settings -> miscellaneous.
3. Add "MainConsoleLogoutUrl" and set a URL value (example http://www.broadcom.com).

NOTE: "MainConsoleLogoutUrl" is case-sensitive.  If it is not entered correctly the function will not work and it will go to the default CA logout.jsp page.

4. Save
5. Restart Environment.
6. Logon to IM User Console.
7. Click sign out.
