Task Timeline View does not recognize URL fields

Issue/Introduction

SUMMARY: URL field on Task Timeline view is not recognized as URL in 15.9.3 and 16.0

STEPS TO REPRODUCE: 

1. Create URL type attribute on the Task object and make it API enabled.
2. Navigate to Modern UX
3. Go to project nd click on Tasks tab.
4. Click on Timeline view and add URL attribute created in Step 1
5. Notice it is not recognizing it as URL type since you can't click on it.

Expected Results: It should recognize it as URL type.

Actual Results: It does not recognize as URL type.
