unable to clear alarms

Issue/Introduction

 

There are two very related issues

1) Unable to close alarms using the alarm action or the 3 dot menu

2) Duplicate Alarms for Spectrum and UIM (Open and close) 

 

 

Environment

Release : SAAS

Component : CA DOI NOTIFICATIONS

Resolution

It appears this is resolved

1. Dups were cleaned up
2. I was able to clear old stale alerts
3. New alarms are coming in clean

 

The main culprit was an index issue in elastic
