Need download for latest Cloud Proxy to upgrade LOG4J to latest version.

Update steps to be followed:

  1. Download the cloud proxy from case
  2. Extract it
  3. Copy the application.yml from previous install to new install. File can be found under CLOUD_PROXY_HOME/config directory
  4. Stop the old cloud proxy
  5. Start the new cloud proxy
