Other Work not showing up in user timesheets

Issue/Introduction

The option to add a task from “Other Work” by using the “Add Assigned Tasks” is not working.  The Other Work does not populate even though the resource is on the Team.

 

 

Environment

Release :All Supported Releases

Component :PPMPRJ

Cause

The Allocation for the resource is zero

Resolution

You will need to update the Allocation for the other work to something other than zero.

If there are many resources on the Team, you can use 'Set Allocation' to update the Allocation for multiple users at once.
