Issue/Introduction

Data Collector (DC) doesn't start after Data Aggregator (DA) restart how to tell if the DA is fully up

Environment

Release : 20.2

Component : IMPOLL

Resolution

If the DC is started before the DA is up then the DC process will stop.

A good log message to look for in the karaf.log to indicate the DA is up is:
