Issue/Introduction

After upgrading SEPM to 14.3 RU3 build 5427 the Symantec Endpoint Protection version 14.3 RU3 for WIN64BIT Client Install Package disappear from the Install Packages overview.

Importing the WIN64BIT client again, it appears in the overview but after a view minutes, it disappears again.

LiveUpdate only downloads Symantec Endpoint Protection version 14.3 RU2 for WIN32BIT & WIN64BIT.

The dbvalidator.bat tool got a failed result, with details similar to the following:

Check to make sure the machine where SEPM is installed has 50GB free hd space C: partition and 100GB free on the partition where SEPM is installed.

Then, import the missing package again. If it fails again, create a support case for further assistance.
