UIM dashboard: Not showing the right alarms when we click the alarm widgets

Issue/Introduction

We have created a dashboard with some alarm widgets that have alarm filters applied.  The correct alarms show in the dashboard, but when we click them to pass-through to the Alarm Viewer in Operator Console, the wrong set of alarms is shown.  The alarms which are shown do not match the alarms which are expected based on what the dashboard shows.

Resolution

This is resolved in the following:

1. UIM 20.3.3 October 2021 Patch

2. UIM 20.4

If you are running UIM 20.3.3 you should either apply the October 2021 patch (which includes all previous monthly patches as well), or upgrade to UIM 20.4.
