Issue/Introduction

Logmon alarms are getting hourly updates in the alarm history even though no new updates to the alarm are coming from the logmon probe.

Resolution

This relates to the custom field that is defined in 'Ticket ID Custom Field' 

Make sure that this is not using a custom_# field that is also used in UIM for other purposes.
