Issue/Introduction

Hierarchy Status Module: New 16.0 version "Latest" field on the Status Report object will hang system when added as a filter.  For example add Latest=Yes to the filter and the system 'spin' indefinitely and not return results.  Also, when adding "Latest" field as a column in the grid, the page will take another 30 seconds or so to return results.  For example, 5 secs to refresh without Latest field in grid, 35 secs to refresh with Latest field in grid.

Steps to reproduce:

• Go to Hierarchies
• Create a hierarchy and add investments with Status Reports (e.g. projects with status reports)
• be sure to create a custom Hierarchy blueprint and add the Status module, and associate your new hierarchy
• go to Status module on your Hierarachy, you should see some status reports showing (for example a mix of draft and final reports)
• In View filter, add Latest to filter and chose Latest=Yes, then click away
• Page will not return filter results, even after several minutes
