Issue/Introduction

One of my monitors that is set to check in every public location sometimes fails with the error Service Unavailable or Error When starting the Server.

Environment

Release : 10.7.0

Component : Introscope

Resolution

The first thing to check Is If at the same time we could find any other server to grant the check, as below:

Note that 

The error that is thrown when selecting all public stations is pretty normal due to some particular problem that the monitor can face when trying to check, below you will see at 01:35 that it fails on Melbourne and at the same time it got OK on HANOI. It happens when the website location is kind of far os the station or can be another punctual problem of this time frame.

We do not think that it is a problem as the OK was granted at the same time, you can adjust your monitor's stations to near your website server location.
