Start CEM 6.0 CEMERTR With REUASID=YES With CMGRRTR Up?

Issue/Introduction

I can start the CMGRRTR (CMGR 2.0) router using REUASID=YES even with the CEMERTR task up (compatibility ptf), but I can't do that with CEMERTR (CEM 6.0) when CMGRRTR is up. Is this possible?

This is not possible. Internal control blocks have changed and can not be rebuilt on the fly with any commands. An IPL to change between versions is required.
