Cannot move Roadmap Item by Goal in Board View

Issue/Introduction

1. 1. Log into the Clarity MUX, open the Roadmaps module. Create (or open an existing) Roadmap. Go to the Roadmap Items.
2. Create some Roadmap Items. Ensure you are using the Board View.
3. Click the "View Options" button, and change the "Columns" to "Goal"
4. Attempt to drag a Roadmap Item tile to a different Goal, it doesn't drag.

This doesn't happen for dragging other "Columns", it seems specific to "Goal".

Release : 15.9.3, 16.0

Resolution

This problem does not occur in the upcoming 16.0.1.
